a. Notice of Motion that Festival start up funds be increased from $1000.00 to $2500.00 under Festival Guidelines in Handbook Page 43
b. Notice of Motion on By-Law Article 5.8, Handbook Page 32 - …’agendas for meetings are sent out at least 30 days prior to such meeting to all anticipated participants …’ The change is from 45 days to 30 days to make it the same as is recorded in the Handbook Page 30, 4.1 ‘The President shall … 8.
c. Notice of Motion Handbook Page 32, 5.5 (ii) under meeting (iii) … ‘The Federation membership shall be notified of the date, time and place of the A.G.M. through the Federation Newsletter with at least 45 days notice …’ It now states at 30 days and with this change there will be 15 days for input to the Agenda.
d. Recommended by Ken Crisp at the B.O.D. meeting that the B.C. Federation no longer be involved in the B.C. Senior Games.
e. Brian Elmer - $500.00 was allotted to purchase Video Footage from Vernon Festival 2009 – Where do we stand on this?
