Dance Nights for Fall

The dance schedule for the fall season 2007 has been set.


A2 dancing on Wednesdays starts September 12th and runs to December 12th. We will not be dancing on Wednesday October 31st.


Plus dancing on Thursdays starts September 13th and runs to December 13th.


The fun committee is planning quite a few special event nights. Here are the event nights for A2 so far:

Surprise party	October 10th
Halloween	October 24th
Tropical	November 28th
Christmas dinner	December 12th
Robbie Burns	January 23rd
Valentines	February 13th
Easter/Spring	March 19th
Club wind up	in April

And the events for Plus so far:

Penticton update

Well, the Pentiction peach festival square dance festival is done for another year.

Al and Joy Berry were announced as the Sillery award winner for this year. They are not present today , so the award will be presented at a later date.

The dance night MCs for next year are:

Bob and Darlene McMillan for the plus dance

Christina Corelli with partner Kirby Goode for the Roundoree

Mike Olson for Wednesday

Chuck and Marguerite Jordan for Thursday

Greg and Sue Weber for Friday

John and Mary Corrigan for Saturday

The afternoon dancing will move from the gym (weather permitting) to a wood floor in the park east of the casino outdoors. The time is also adjusted to 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
