FVS&RD Association President's Message

Hi 

I am sure you are all wondering how the summer passed so quickly. It will soon be  time for clubs to start another year. The challenge is to try to get as many members  involved as possible.

Be sure to check out the support from the Association and BC Federation for  advertising and New Dancer Support .The websites of the Association and  Federation are only as current as the information they receive. Also please make  sure your registrations are in on time as it makes the Treasures job much easier in  the Association and BC Federation.

There were 48 Fraser Valley Dancers at the Canadian National Convention in Halifax  and a good number in Penticton. Congratulations to those who are taking part in  the Senior Games in Courtenay.

We will visit every club sometime during the year. Please notify your director of  anyone qualifying for a 25 year dangle or 50 year pin. It is a good idea for some member  of the executive as well as your representative to attend the FVS&RD Assoc.  Meetings. Next general meting is November 7, 1:30 pm at Centennial Lodge,  Queens Park.
