Prawns and Gorst

Here we are in Bremerton, having danced three nights in a row. Sore now.

Thursday we danced at Burnaby lake with Brent. There only two squares, but we had some great dancing.

Friday we got to the Fogcutters Prawn dance. We skipped the dinner, but it was reported to be excellent. The dance certainly was. There were upwards of twelve squares and the floor was strong. Brent was in fine form and he had lots of cajun songs for us. I would call this a don't miss for next year.

Last night we got down to Gorst and the local council fall dance. The group was small, but fun nonetheless.

We have enjoyed the strong calling and cuing and welcoming atmosphere these last nights.
